• A custom-themed collection of shirt designs and embellishments made just for your event

• High-quality products printed on-site

• Setup, supplies, and staff to keep everything running smoothly

• Optional custom glass sippers or tumblers for premium add-ons

📦 What’s Included

Each private event includes:

• Custom design package based on your party theme

• Setup and cleanup

• All equipment, materials, and power (we bring a generator!)

• Friendly on-site staff to help your guests create their custom items

• Flexible payment options: host-covered or guest-paid

💳 Payments & Deposits

• Non-refundable deposit: 25% of estimated total due at contract signing

• Final payment: Remaining balance billed to the card on file within 3 business days after the event

• Card on file required to secure booking

• Host may choose to cover guest product costs or allow guests to pay individually

• Payment due for all products sold prior to event close.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 14+ days of event: Deposit forfeited

• Cancellations within 7 days: 50% of total estimated event cost billed

• Cancellations within 3 days: 100% of total estimated cost billed

• Rescheduling options available with no forfeiture.

• Client must provide covered or indoor option during outdoor events for inclement weather.
